PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Students must reflect a high degree of compassion, fairness and kindness for their fellow students and respect for all teachers, staff and pianists. 

Students should be punctual and clean and well-groomed for all classes.

The year consists of four terms, the same as the school year. Term fees remain the same for every term, though the number of weeks in the term may vary.

ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE and are due within 2 weeks (14 days) from the commencement of each term. A 10% levy will be added to fees after this time.  In the event of non-payment of fees, misbehavior of students, etc., the Principal reserves the right to terminate any student’s course at any given time, the student’s fees being forfeited and all outstanding fees to be brought up to date.

Trial classes are available after payment has been made.

Students are encouraged to make up any classes missed through illness or holidays.

The School will not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury sustained on the premises, nor for any disability or loss of time or personal effects of students.

The School will not be responsible for any costs incurred in obtaining medical treatment for injuries in an emergency.

There are no refunds on fees.

Please note:  For students from Pre-Primary up – You are obliged to let the School know if you are terminating tuition.  One terms (10 weeks) written notice is required if your child is withdrawing from a class as places can be offered to waiting list students.

One term fees will be charged without this notice.

THE PRINCIPAL’S DECISION IS FINAL IN ALL MATTERS.
